SPI, in business since 2003, fills a niche market with their specialty milling services.  They perform sizing, drying, and beneficiation services for customers in the Alloy, Microchip, Energy, Exploration, and Environmental sectors.

They specialize in "difficult" materials, such as those with stringent temperature, atmospheric, or morphological requirements.

Little Kanawha River Rail, inc.

LKRR, a short-line railroad that connects with CSX in Parkersburg, West Virginia, has over five miles of track, nearly 200 car storage spots, Rail-to-Truck, Rail-to-Ground, Rail-to-Building, and Rail-to-Barge capability.  

A Hazardous Waste Transfer Site, located on the LKRR, allows Skye to receive material by rail as well as by truck.
